1- Print certificate, fill in client information and community and bring it with you to the sales office.

2- Present Garbett Sales Associate with certificate showing previous client (s) transaction.

3- Make sure that the information is on our instructions to closing.

4- Present Garbett Sales Associate with copy of the Buyer's Agency Agreement between yourself and your client.

5- Buyers Agency Agreement required prior to purchase agreement signing, if negotiated for seller to pay buyer's agent commission at home closing. Rate not to exceed seller's maximum commission rate.
